It takes good marketing skills and high level of knowledge to draw top-dollar offers and complete the sale that quickly - especially in the current rising interest rate environment. We were so impressed with the Google sheet approach that made the review across multiple offers so efficient and accurate as she made frequent updates in real time. This helped made the buyer selection process a breeze. I called Jeanette in July 2022 based on a referral, and told her that I wanted to list my rental property as soon as my tenant moved out on 9/30. Jeanette started the ball rolling right then. She collected info on the property and worked out a timeline with me for prepping, listing and selling it as soon as possible. She did a walkthrough of the property with me and made a list of suggestions to maximize the sales price. Then she helped me to navigate connecting with and managing all of the work that needed to be done - painting, electrical, tile, etc. Jeanette paid attention to every detail. Once the place was ready for showing, Jeanette lined up potential buyers and went over the qualities of each one meticulously with me to find the ones who would be the best match (agree to sales terms, sell without contingencies, match or beat price, etc.) At the end of this whole process, my condo sold for $31,000 over our original asking price, and it was the highest sales price ever for that condo complex!
